How are price and timing determined?
They depend on measurements, existing conditions, material selection, access and the approved scope. We first review the project information; a general description is not a final quotation.
What should be agreed before work starts?
Activities, deliverables, materials, payment terms, schedule, exclusions and responsibilities. Specialist studies, permits or tests are identified when required by the project.
